In placing an order at Hibiscus Surfwear, you agree to the following points:
The initial model mockup image offers a representation of how the design will look on a garment. The product images and product description text that follows, accurately describes the composition, style and fit of the garment. Actual product color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's color.
As the products are printed on demand and personalised to your size and colour we do not offer refunds or exchanges, unless the product is misprinted, damaged or defective. In this case please notify us within 14 days after the product has been received and we will arrange a replacement order for you. Please do not send returns to the address on the packing slip.
Shipping Costs & Policy
Currently our print on demand providers are located worldwide. Different sizes and colours of the same product may be printed at different locations according to their availability, therefore your items may not all arrive in the same package. We offer free shipping on all of our orders.
As the majority of our garments are printed on demand, there may be a short wait time before your item is dispatched to you. It takes 2 - 7 business days to print the products and the shipping time is on average 10 - 15 business days depending on the order's destination.
It is the customers responsibility to check for customs and excise fees when ordering items outside of your location. Please note that all delivery times may be affected by the COVID-19 restrictions and that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
To preserve the longevity of your clothing, please wash your garment inside out with similar colours on a 30°C wash. Please do not iron the printed area or tumble dry the garment. When your new garment arrives it often has a smell of vinegar which is due to the eco-friendly inks that are used during the printing process. You may also notice some residual ink left on the surface of the material; this is particularly apparent with the heather grey garments. Simply give your T-shirt a wash before wearing it and the smell will disappear.
As your products are personalised to you and printed on demand, we ask our customers kindly to check their order carefully, prior to ordering. Please consult the size guide and read the product description in order to fully understand the dispatch location/s of your items. Once placed, changes can not be made to orders and in the case of customer errors, refunds can not be given.
