As the products are personalised to your size and colour we do not offer refunds or exchanges, unless the product is misprinted, damaged or defective. In this case you must notify us within 14 days after the product has been received and we will arrange a replacement order for you. Please do not send returns to the address on the packing slip.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to us no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
